Account Deletion
The personal MATS Account can be deleted in two ways:
- by the user themselves
To do this, the user must log into their account and navigate to their user profile via “More” -> “Profile”. In the user profile, the user clicks on “Manage MATS Account”. After entering the current password in the “Current Password” field, the “Delete Account” button becomes active. Clicking the “Delete Account” button will irretrievably delete the user’s account. - via email to support
To request the deletion of the account, the user can also send an email requesting account deletion to support@mats.coach.
Deleted Data
The options for deleting the account described under “Account Deletion” will immediately and irretrievably delete all data of the user stored on our servers, including the associated activities.
