A note before you start: Polar only allows to sync data starting from the day the connection was established. Historical data will not get synced.
Connect to Polar:
- Tap “More.”
- Tap on “Connections” under “User settings”.
- Tap on “Polar”.
- Follow the instructions.
Delete connection to Polar:
1. Tap on “Connections” under “User settings”.
2. Tap on “Polar”.
3. Tap on “Delete” in the pop-up.
Also, please make sure in the Polar Flow app that the connection has been deleted from this page as well.
