Manual activity upload

  1. Open the MATS app
  2. Go to “More”
  3. Go to “Connections”
  4. Scroll down to “Upload fit file” at the bottom of the screen
  5. Upload the file (also possible for multiple files)
  6. The activity will automatically appear in the calendar on the correct day
