Will my scheduled workouts automatically sync with my bike computer/watch?

Yes! If you are using a Garmin bike computer or watch. Simply connect MATS to your Garmin account (Garmin Connect).

All other manufacturers currently do not provide a public automated interface for new training platforms like MATS.

However, we are working hard on this and are in negotiations with numerous manufacturers.

Open the MATS app Go to “More” Go to “Connections” Scroll down to “Upload fit file” at the bottom of the screen Upload the file (also possible for multiple files) The activity will automatically appear in the calendar on the correct day
