What is the Training Library and where can I find it?

You can find your saved workouts in the training library. You can filter these by sports, duration/distance, etc.

Here’s how to find the training library:

  1. Tap on “More”.

  2. Under “Libraries,” tap on “Workout”.

  3. Tap on the “+” in the top right to create a new workout in the library.

Manual activity upload
Open the MATS app Go to “More” Go to “Connections” Scroll down to “Upload fit file” at the bottom of the screen Upload the file (also possible for multiple files) The activity will automatically appear in the calendar on the correct day
